Microsoft would pay $240 million for a 1.6 percent stake in Facebook. That’s an insanely huge amount for a 1.6% stake. I remember reading somewhere that facebook is valued at $2 billion. Well, this recent purchase by Microsoft has put a $15 billion price tag on facebook.
