After some emails back and forth with the CPX people, I finally receive my payment yesterday.
They replied to my email by asking for my ID and some other info.I gave it to them and there was no reply in 2 business days, so I emailed them again asking for an update on my payment status.
I cannot believe what the replied me.They replied me with the exact same thing (ID and info etc) I emailed them.Like seriously?!?!
I was extremely pissed but I managed to type out a reply without all CAPS.I’m learning to control my anger hehe. Well, they replied and told me they have forwarded the email to the accounting department.After like 1-2 hours, I received the payment.
Hopefully, it won’t take 15 days to send the payment the next time (they are supposed to pay NET 30).
